Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an efficient cleaning service, including laundry for communal areas and owners' apartments
  • Identify and report any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • Organise stores on site and carry out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Perform other tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in a hotel or residential setting
  • Ability to work independently and with fast-changing requirements
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and assist colleagues as needed
