About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in North Wales. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will work independently on a caseload of transactions including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside the wider Conveyancing department
  • Managing your own caseload autonomously from instruction to completion
  • Playing a crucial role in the continued development of the Conveyancing department

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property and at least 2 years PQE experience. A competitive market-leading salary, which will be in line with your PQE and experience, is on offer along with a generous benefits package.
