Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Geoscientist to join our team in carrying out detailed analysis of ground conditions and assessing geological hazards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineering Geologist to support projects across the UK, combining on-site and office-based work, communicating progress regularly with clients and working closely with site teams to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is suitable, directing trial pit and borehole locations and sampling, executing grouting, specific in-situ testing, logging soils and rock, preparing laboratory test schedules, and managing all contract reports.
Requirements- Degree in a Civil Engineering or Geology-related subject (or an equivalent qualification)
- Good understanding of ground conditions, drilling, and site investigation work
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving license for visiting sites across the country
