**Role Overview:** As a Retail Team Lead Supervisor, you will lead and build your team to excel in their roles, developing their operational and leadership skills. You will work closely with colleagues to drive sales and profitability, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

  • Manage and motivate your team to meet sales and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members to meet business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely feedback to management.

**Requirements:**">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and management experience in retail or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop your team.

We offer a competitive salary of **£38,000 - £48,000 per annum**, plus benefits including:
