We are seeking a highly skilled Swimming Coach to join our team at Sports Generation. Our coaching philosophy focuses on building confidence and developing skills to maximize potential and understanding of the sport.

As a Swimming Coach, you will be self-employed and work on a hourly rate from £25 to £29. You must hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification, including Level 1 and Level 2 certificates for Swim England or Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate for STA.

We offer competitive rates of pay and operate in luxury environments. Experienced pre-school lesson instructors are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to clients
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Swim England or STA certification
  • Experience in teaching swimming lessons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
