About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our maintenance optimization team, you will play a critical role in delivering transformational value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operations and maintenance expertise for our maintenance optimization projects
  • Support our development team to enhance and improve our maintenance optimization product through improved modeling or increased automation
  • Support our senior operations manager and delivery lead to ensure project delivery timelines are met
  • Assist our lead engineer in consulting our clients through the management of change process
Requirements
  • Experience in the operation and maintenance of oil and gas, petrochemical, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of reliability and maintenance processes, e.g. criticality assessments, failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), reliability centered maintenance studies
  • Experience in maintenance data development and updates
  • Functional and technical knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • Strong analytical skills. Data analytics, database, and spreadsheet manipulation skills
  • Knowledge of agile processes
  • Knowledge and awareness of the local statutory or regulatory maintenance requirements and risk management programs
