Amour Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading company in residential block management, seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Shrewsbury.

About the Role:

  • Conduct site inspections and monitor onsite works to ensure high standards of property maintenance.
  • Manage all maintenance needs, including addressing breaches of the lease and completing Section 20 Notices.
  • Prepare, agree, and issue service charge budgets to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of lease compliance and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to prepare and manage budgets.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to site locations.
  • IRPM qualification or equivalent.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary between £26,000 - £32,000 DOE, plus a car allowance up to £4,500.
  • A Monday to Friday working schedule, with opportunities for career growth and development.
