**Role:** Surface Mount Technician

**Location:** North Kent

**Salary:** £35,000

X4 Technology, a Kent-based Medical Electronics manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced SMT Assembly Technician to join its in-house team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling small batch surface mount PCBs, manufacturing cable assemblies, and assisting with hands-on assembly of the company's product range when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong soldering experience, with knowledge of IPC standards highly desirable
  • Previous experience assembling SMT PCBs
  • Previous experience using Pick-and-Place machines

The role will be based onsite in the North Kent area and offers a salary in the range of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
