The successful candidate will lead the planning, monitoring, and coordination of the Responsive Repairs and Voids service, overseeing operational delivery and ensuring high-quality results.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of building maintenance works, preferably within the housing sector, and significant experience in managing operational teams.

We anticipate a salary of £42,000 - £44,500 for this position, based on experience.
