The Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our Supply & Partnerships team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in commercial and contract acumen, including proven negotiation and contractual agreement skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with alternative networks (Alt-Nets).
  • Negotiate and operationalise commercial agreements with Alt-Nets.
  • Manage daily contractual obligations, including risk management, compliance, and analysis.
  • Review and simplify complex information and concepts for internal communication.
  • Take ownership of contractual changes required for in-life commercial changes.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and data teams for a data-led approach to commercial decision-making.

PXC offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working policy, starting holiday allowance of 25 days, free private healthcare, competitive pension scheme, and flexible salary sacrifice scheme.
