Child Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary School Learning Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will provide support to children in a primary school setting, promoting their educational, social, and emotional growth.
Experience as a Primary School Teaching Assistant in a school setting is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a caring, patient approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Description:
- Provide individualized support to children through one-on-one sessions and small group activities.
- Assist teachers in preparing resources and maintaining a stimulating learning environment.
- Facilitate children's learning and development through structured activities and play.
- Monitor and document children's progress, sharing insights with staff and parents as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a teaching assistant in a school setting is preferred.
- A caring, patient approach with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to adapt to the unique needs of children and promote their personal growth.

Salary: £85-£115 per day
