Cedar is seeking a highly skilled Share Schemes Tax Associate Director to join their Incentives & Reward team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from global corporations to fast-growing private companies across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and structure employee share and cash incentive schemes to meet clients' needs.
- Implement these plans both in the UK and globally, ensuring compliance with tax and legal regulations.
- Provide guidance on the tax and legal ramifications for employers and employees worldwide.
- Develop tax-efficient strategies for delivering incentives.
- Draft essential documents such as share plan rules, FAQs, and tax guides.
- Inform clients of changes in tax and legal regulations affecting incentives.
- Assist with business development and building client relationships.
- Experience in UK and/or global incentive plan consulting.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, ATT, CTA, Solicitor, or Barrister are advantageous.
- Knowledge of share plans in professional services or industry, with an understanding of relevant legislation.
