Job Overview:
As a skilled Refrigeration Engineer with JLB Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and maintenance to our clients' refrigeration systems. We are looking for an experienced professional who can troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to join our team of experts in the refrigeration industry. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to perform reactive and planned works, including diagnostic and fault-finding exercises. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers, supervisors, and management, providing clear explanations and solutions to technical problems.

Main Responsibilities:
* Undertake reactive works within set time frames to meet customer expectations
* Troubleshoot and diagnose plant and equipment faults, advising relevant parties on necessary repairs
* Perform planned maintenance to ensure high standards of equipment operation, reducing call volumes and refrigerant usage
* Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks in real-time
* Liaise with the Service team and spares team to order parts for breakdowns and specialist requests
* Maintain a professional attitude and appearance when interacting with customers

Requirements:
* Qualifications in Refrigeration or related field
* Minimum three years' experience in Refrigeration maintenance
* Full driving license
* Relevant qualifications up-to-date
