Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties, setting up payment plans, and collecting card payments. You will also liaise with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensure customers are satisfied at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dealing with telephone and email queries from customers in financial difficulties
* Setting up payment plans and collecting card payments
* Liaising with other operational departments involved in the customer journey and ensuring customers are satisfied at every stage
* Ensuring all performance-related targets are achieved and maintained

Requirements:

* Previous experience in collections or claims handling is desirable
* Great customer service skills
* Resilient and compassionate
* Background in financial services/insurance/call centre is useful
* IT proficient
