We are seeking an ambitious and organized paralegal to join our commercial litigation department at QED Legal in Leamington Spa. The ideal candidate will assist experienced fee earners in their day-to-day work, handling complex debt and insolvency matters under supervision.

• Drafting of Legal Documentation: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Responding to Enquiries: Provide timely and effective responses to client and stakeholder enquiries.
• Complex Debt and Insolvency Matters: Work under the supervision of senior solicitors to handle complex debt and insolvency matters, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
