We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Senior Programmatic Advertising Executive to become a part of our dynamic team at Realtime Agency, a rapidly expanding performance and brand marketing firm. In this role, you will manage significant accounts, including major corporations and well-known brands, providing a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in programmatic advertising while collaborating with specialists in Social, Search, Affiliate, and SEO.

Your insights and recommendations will play a crucial role in shaping product strategies aimed at optimizing our approach. You should excel in designing and executing cutting-edge programmatic campaigns, backed by strong analytical capabilities and a proven history of surpassing client expectations. You will need to think creatively and explore new opportunities and strategies, always keeping the broader vision in mind. Attention to detail is essential, as is a proactive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation.

As a member of our dedicated Programmatic team, your focus will be on enhancing existing web journeys to address business challenges and ultimately elevate the customer experience. You will serve as a vital contact for our clients, confidently sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, oversee, and implement large-scale programmatic campaigns across various platforms, aligning with client KPIs.
  • Support the strategic direction of programmatic campaigns, working closely with the client services team and vendors to create innovative solutions across multiple programmatic DSPs.
  • Effectively present at client meetings, delivering clear and insightful performance analysis and recommendations.
  • Apply best practice optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and ensure budget adherence.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights that enhance performance efficiency.
  • Manage client communications for key accounts, building relationships with decision-makers and providing valuable performance insights during regular meetings.
  • Drive new ideas to enhance campaign performance and execute testing initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous organization of client budgets, spending, naming conventions, and account structures.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as reporting, to foster data-driven innovation and strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry innovations and best practices, continuously expanding your knowledge and sharing new insights with clients and internal teams.

You're the ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising (agency experience preferred).
  • A proven track record of achieving programmatic campaign KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360.
  • A degree in business, mathematics, marketing, engineering, science, or a related field.
  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while meeting key deadlines.
  • Experience with website and lead analytics (such as UTM tagging or Google Analytics).
  • Ad platform certifications are advantageous.
  • Exceptional data handling and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to transition between projects seamlessly.
  • A passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
