The Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Transportation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering vehicles to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of our customers' vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Collection and Delivery: Collect vehicles from various locations and deliver them to their designated destinations, ensuring accurate and timely transportation.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Documentation: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and accurately document any issues or damage.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Logistics and Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient transportation and minimize delays.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving License: Possess a valid full UK driving license and be able to drive a range of vehicles, including cars and LCVs.
  • Knowledge of Vehicle Derivatives: Have a good understanding of vehicle derivatives and be able to identify and document any issues or damage.
  • Basic Mechanical Knowledge: Possess basic mechanical knowledge and be able to perform routine checks and maintenance on vehicles.
  • Computer Literacy: Be proficient in using a range of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
