Architectural Technologist Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team at Konker. As a key member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on various architectural projects, including high-end hotel renovations, religious training centers, and retirement living developments.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver innovative architectural solutions that meet the changing needs of clients and communities.
  • Utilize Revit to create detailed architectural designs and models.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • A competitive salary range of £30K - £40K depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including bonus opportunities, annual pay rises, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
  • A hybrid working policy, allowing you to work from home up to two days a week.
  • Flexible working hours, with core hours between 10am - 4:30pm.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • CIAT accreditation is beneficial but not required.
