Horizon Parking is seeking a friendly and helpful Trolley Assistant to work in our car park over the Christmas period. This is a temporary role that requires no prior experience, and training will be provided.

Job Summary

We are looking for someone who is available to work all shifts during the week leading up to Christmas. The successful candidate will be responsible for replenishing trolley stocks, relocating trolleys to the front of the store, and collecting empties from customers or the trolley bays.

Responsibilities
  • Replenish trolley stocks as needed
  • Relocate trolleys to the front of the store
  • Collect empties from customers or the trolley bays
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be available to work all shifts during the week leading up to Christmas. You will also need to wear a white shirt, black skirt/trousers, and black shoes while working outside in all weather conditions.

Working Conditions

This is an outdoor role that requires working in all weather conditions. You will be provided with a warm hi-vis jacket, hat, and other necessary equipment.

Pay Information

The hourly rate for this position is £11.44 per hour, with paid breaks included. Pay dates vary depending on the shift worked:

  • Hours worked between 16th & 22nd December 2024 will be paid on Friday, 27th December 2024.
  • Hours worked from 23rd to 29th December 2024 (inclusive) will be paid on Friday, 3rd January 2025.
  • Hours worked from 30th December to 5th January 2025 (inclusive) will be paid on Friday, 10th January 2025.
