Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and create a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special needs and a strong understanding of strategies to promote inclusion and diversity.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting students with additional learning needs in a classroom setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans
  • Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure student progress

What We Offer

A competitive salary range is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits including training opportunities and career development.

This role is open to both NQTs and experienced teaching assistants, with the possibility of extending the contract or offering a permanent position based on performance.
