Probate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Probate Solicitor to join our client's team in St Helens. As a leading legal organisation, they offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can showcase your expertise and make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning
  • Managing a caseload of probate matters
  • Working with LPAs, wills, probate, and trusts
  • Conveyancing as it pertains to probate
  • Efficiently using case management software such as Proclaim and Word

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years post-qualified experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal support and supervision
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
