Role Overview:

An experienced Maintenance Specialist is required to join the Property Services team of Anderselite, covering the East Yorkshire region. This role involves maintaining high-quality housing stock and ensuring residents receive prompt repair services.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and assess property repairs, maintenance requirements, and building defects across a diverse portfolio of properties.
  • Prepare detailed technical specifications and scope of works for repair projects, up to £25,000.
  • Diagnose complex building defects and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
  • Manage contractor relationships and oversee quality of repair works.
  • Conduct pre and post-inspection of repair works.
  • Maintain detailed electronic records of all inspections and recommendations.
  • Carry out regular site visits to monitor ongoing works.
  • Complete property surveys including void property inspections.
  • Identify and report on potential health and safety risks.

Requirements:

This role requires a skilled professional with experience in property maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of building regulations and health & safety requirements.


Benefits:
