We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with instore colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Potters Bar, with confirmed working hours including Thursdays from 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM, Fridays from 15:30 PM to 17:30 PM, and Saturdays from 15:30 PM to 17:30 PM. You'll also be required to perform ad hoc work as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with your team.
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product placement and replenishment, ensuring maximum visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup, effectively communicating prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, with the ability to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Will to accept home deliveries of point-of-sale or stock items for some visits (with additional payment).
  • Confidence in using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car (a bonus).
