Job Title: Property Caretaker

We are seeking an experienced Property Caretaker to join our team at our Beaconsfield office. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office sites.

Key Tasks:
  • Walk office boundaries to identify potential issues
  • Check car parks for obstructions and condition
  • Inspect fire escape doors, maintain locks and hinges, and keep pathways clear
  • Check carpets for wear and tear and replace them as needed
  • Check bulbs and replace them when necessary
  • Inspect roofs and pantiles for missing or damaged sections
  • Conduct water temperature checks and flush systems
  • Assist with deliveries and portage
  • Conduct fire alarm tests
  • Perform emergency lighting flick tests
  • Assist with office moves
  • Paint as required
  • Update spreadsheets with maintenance records

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, relevant trade qualifications, and basic literacy and numeracy skills. A full driving licence and own car are essential for this position, as you will be required to travel between office sites.
