Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Copywriter to join our team. As a Content Copywriter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand's voice and narrative across all digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and write high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Refine Brand Voice: Establish and refine a unique and consistent tone of voice that reflects the brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
  2. Write Compelling Content: Create high-quality, original, and engaging copy for product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and other marketing materials that align with the brand's voice and strategy.
  3. Optimize for SEO: Ensure all web content is optimized for search engines, including researching keywords, incorporating them into copy, and following best practices to improve organic search visibility.
  4. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, creative, product development, and e-commerce teams to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and product launches.
  5. Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on beauty trends, industry news, and competitor activities to create relevant, timely, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  6. Edit and Proofread: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining a high standard of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  7. Create a Content Playbook: Develop a comprehensive playbook that outlines tone of voice guidelines, messaging strategies, and best practices for use across all marketing channels.
  8. Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as conversion rates, engagement, and click-through rates, to refine and optimize copy for better results.
Requirements
  • Strong Portfolio: Showcase a range of content types, including web copy, product descriptions, press releases, email marketing, and social media content.
  • Excellent Understanding of SEO: Demonstrate a deep understanding of search engine optimization principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional Writing and Editing Skills: Possess exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
