Fees Management Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Fees Management Assistant to join our dynamic Commercial Finance Team at our Darlington Support Centre. This 12-month fixed-term contract role offers a unique opportunity to support the fee uplift and management process across the Group.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
- Negotiating annual fee uplift expectations with ICBs, Local Authorities, and private clients
- Collaborating with service managers and colleagues to help with costing
- Communicating with funders and following up as required
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of communication with funders and others regarding fees
- Tracking agreed fees and informing relevant colleagues to ensure accurate billing
- Providing monthly and weekly reporting on progress and future fee increase projections
- Resolving discrepancies in expected fees and actual receipts
- Building relationships with our units to ensure required information is received
To be successful in this role, you will require
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector
- A good understanding of the LA funding process
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and flexibly
- A positive and enthusiastic approach with a can-do attitude
- Strong excel, analysis, and presentational skills
- Excellent organizational skills
