Removals Sales Estimator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Removals Sales Estimator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a Removals Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting on-site visits to assess the scope and complexity of potential removals projects.
  • Preparation and presentation of detailed proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
  • Engagement with clients, listening to their needs and concerns, and providing accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking sales activities to promote our removals services to potential clients.
  • Building and developing strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Liaising with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
  • Using our company's costing data to compile quotations.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and following up on quotations.
  • Providing customers with advice on insurance matters.
  • Ensuring all necessary documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a field sales position, preferably in the removals or logistics industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
