About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Location Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rented housing properties, providing exceptional service to our residents, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housing or care, with a strong ability to problem-solve and work with vulnerable client groups. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage properties and support residents to live independent lives
  • Letting properties, managing rent accounts, dealing with anti-social behaviour, and ensuring repairs are carried out
  • Listening to residents and addressing issues before they become complaints
  • Investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintaining resident trust and confidence through effective communication and setting expectations
  • Managing the location's budget and service charge accounts to ensure residents' homes are well maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard
  • Ensuring the location is safe by conducting health and safety checks and risk assessments in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Supporting residents to access services and connect with their community
What We Offer
