Children's Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Nurse to join our team at City Health Care Partnership CIC. As a key member of our Community Children's Nursing Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex disabilities and health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to children and young people with complex health needs, working closely with families and carers to ensure their health needs are met.
- Lead the healthcare staff on shift, demonstrating excellent communication and organisational skills to manage workload and prioritise tasks.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate care for our client group, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and transparent services.
- Support different staff teams providing nursing care across Hull and East Riding, as required, and be flexible to work a range of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Post-registration experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in working with children and young people with complex health needs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare planning, child development, and complex health needs, with a good working knowledge of electronic care records.
- Ability to delegate duties and prioritise workload, with a strong commitment to continuing professional development.
