Key Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Engineer, this role is essential to provide a high-quality and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with Internal and External Sales teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

* Work closely with the Senior Contracts Engineer to ensure seamless order processing and delivery

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve sales strategies and customer engagement
