Fortress Maintenance is seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team in delivering high-quality residential improvement services across Peterborough and East Leicestershire.
Job SummaryWe are working with a housing provider to address damp and mould issues in properties, ensuring any signs of build-up are treated and re-decorated, along with necessary steps taken to prevent future build-up.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct an initial survey of the property to identify areas of concern
- Treat affected areas and re-decorate as necessary
- Replace sealant to windows, doors, sanitaryware, and surfaces
- Re-grout tiles
- Add insulation to loft spaces
- Install trickle vents to windows
Ongoing work is available with all materials provided. Transport is essential for moving between job sites, and a van would be beneficial.
Requirements- Full-time or freelance availability
- On-site parking
- Weekend availability
