Cover Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team at GSL Education. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes and ensuring a constructive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes and implement lesson plans provided by regular teaching staff.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline.
  • Provide feedback on student performance to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a school setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different learning environments.
