Location: Based in Basingstoke

Berry Bros. & Rudd is a leading fine wine and spirits merchant with a rich history and a commitment to excellence. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our luxury goods to customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fine wines and spirits to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Conduct daily/weekly/monthly vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Load/unload goods at customer addresses and adhere to specific delivery information
  • Obtain delivery confirmation from each delivery point using our selected POD automated system
  • Carry out basic vehicle user maintenance checks daily
  • Ensure that all working practices comply with health and safety legislation

Requirements:

  • Proven and demonstrable knowledge of driving in London city and home counties
  • Valid Cat C Driving Licence
  • Held UK driving licence for a minimum of 1 year
  • Clean driving licence (no more than 3 points)

Desirable:

  • Previous experience of handling luxury goods
  • 3 years of demonstrable driving experience in a dynamic and high-performing environment
