About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Rituals. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Support the Store Manager in creating a positive and inclusive store culture
  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and talented store team
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential
  • Assist with operational tasks, such as inventory management and visual merchandising
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager in retail or hospitality
  • Strong people management skills, including communication, motivation, and coaching
  • Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioral change and develop others
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
