Job Description

As a Support Worker with City and County Healthcare Group, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client needs and developing personalized support plans
  • Providing practical support with daily tasks such as bathing, showering, toileting, and medication management
  • Liaising with our Multi-Disciplinary Teams to ensure seamless care delivery

About You

We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who have a good listener and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of one year's experience in social care is required, as specialist training will be provided.
