We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to join our team at Heidelberg Materials UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality concrete products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the production of concrete, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain the batching plant, including routine maintenance and inspections.
- Ensure the site, plant, and associated buildings are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Operate the batching plant to the required standards, improving and maintaining site presentation.
- Accurately batch concrete/mortar in accordance with relevant procedures.
- Ensure the plant is adequately stocked with approved materials, including additives and fuel.
- Manage delivery tickets, raising and distributing CRDF forms as required.
- GCSE grade 4+ (Equivalent to a C in Math's and English)
