We are seeking a Section Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Norwich to lead the planning and coordination of works for the A47 road improvement project aimed at reducing congestion and enhancing safety. This role involves managing, supervising and mentoring the site team to enable them to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the planning and execution of works to ensure they are constructed in accordance with the design and contract scopes.
  2. Generate Inspection and Test Plans and manage material approvals.
  3. Complete Health & Safety inspections and implement courses of action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or HND in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering.
  • Health & Safety and Environmental Management training (SMSTS, SEATS).
