Culinary Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pine Trees Hotel in the Scottish Highlands. This is a unique opportunity to bring your passion for food and hospitality to a stunning natural setting.

As a Culinary Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards and provide a warm welcome to our guests.

• Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a high standard
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional standards
• Have extensive knowledge of our menus and food offerings
• Assist in the control of all food supplies and purchases coming in and going out of the kitchen
• Adhere to all food safety and health and safety guidelines
