Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team at an exceptional primary school in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 3 students, assessing students' progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to different learning styles
- Assess students' progress and provide timely and constructive feedback
- Create a safe and motivating learning environment that promotes active participation and academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on students' progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with experience in Year 3
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to inspiring and motivating students
