About the Role

As a Care and Support Specialist with Balhousie Care Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. Your role will involve working closely with our team to deliver person-centred care that prioritises dignity and individuality.

This may include assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and helping with meals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and residents.

About You
