Program Director

As a Program Manager at ARM, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of GPU automotive products. This involves working closely with engineering teams across multiple sites to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Your responsibilities will include ownership of a program, managing complex dependencies, and driving technical tradeoffs for program success.

You will be accountable for on-time delivery of GPU products, managing and driving technical tradeoffs, and governance oversight. You will also be the program point of contact for all matters related to the program, both internally and externally.

• Lead the delivery of GPU automotive products
• Manage complex dependencies and drive technical tradeoffs
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
• Provide governance oversight and be the program point of contact

• Experience in program management leadership and delivery of large complex developments
• Experience working with automotive products and semiconductor industry
• Experience in hardware/software development flows, processes, and practices related to functional safety
• Ability to build a program plan and ensure all dependent project activities are coordinated
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including leading and motivating people locally and globally
