We are seeking an experienced and dedicated education specialist to provide one-to-one tuition to students in Clitheroe.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop tailored lesson plans to cater to individual learning styles.
- Assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record attainment levels.
- Deliver engaging sessions that support various learning styles.
- Drive measurable outcomes to track and measure impact.
- Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support.
- Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines.
**Desired Qualities:**
- Inspirational and effective communication skills.
- Competent IT skills, with access to a laptop/computer, audio, and visual equipment.
- Stable broadband and internet connection.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships, encourage, and motivate students.
