About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Project Manager - Planned Works. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of planned works for our homes across the West Yorkshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously to ensure the successful delivery of planned works.
  • Develop and implement effective budget management and forecasting strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality expectations and statutory obligations.
  • Use your knowledge of our homes to identify opportunities for improvement and make changes that will make a difference to our customers.
  • Manage contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • HNC/Degree/Diploma level education or equivalent construction experience.
  • Sound knowledge of residential maintenance, refurbishment, PAS 2035, and insurance claims.
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues affecting residential properties and construction health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to provide high-quality monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Full driving license and access to a car.
