Restaurant Performance Expert

KAT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join their UK store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a motivated team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving commercial targets.
About the Role:This role involves overseeing the fast-paced restaurant operation, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, and effective stock management. Leadership skills are also crucial, as the successful candidate will lead a motivated team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with central support teams to maintain smooth operations and provide valuable feedback for business improvement. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to the overall Centre Management team in delivering a safe working environment, commercially successful store, and excellent workplace for colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of the fast-paced restaurant operation, encompassing both kitchen and front-of-house duties.
- Leadership of a motivated team, focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Effective stock management controls to minimize wastage and ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Support for in-store events, including seasonal highlights such as Breakfast with Santa and regular fixtures like Afternoon Teas.
Successful candidates will be rewarded with an attractive annual leave entitlement, flexible holiday planning with limited statutory days off required. An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience, makes this a highly sought-after opportunity.
