Senior Special Education Teacher

Job DescriptionThis role will involve providing high-quality education services to students with complex needs, including social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. As a Senior Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing individualized learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each student.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement strategies that promote academic achievement, social skills, and emotional well-being. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the needs of students with complex learning requirements.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness to inform future instruction.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to ensure consistent implementation of educational strategies.
