We're seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager who shares our passion for quality care to join our team. As a leader in your field, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that prioritize the well-being of our customers and carers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care delivery.
  • Hold CQC/CIW registration for the branch and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving it. Additionally, you should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in management-level positions within the care sector. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.
