Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Professional Wanted in Central London

About the Job
We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile M&E Engineer to join our team in Central London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and corrective action on various sites across the city.
Your Role
- Conduct regular site visits to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Diagnose faults and implement repairs using your knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Work closely with technical subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with site procedures and method statements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, cooling towers, chillers, BMS systems, lighting, boilers, calorifiers, HVAC, and plumbing
- Excellent knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, emergency lighting, L8 monitoring activities, lamping, changing ballasts, taking load readings, and general PPM activities
- NVQ/C&G qualification or time-served maintenance experience (minimum 5 years)
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a City & Guilds mechanical or electrical qualification who is passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance services. If you have a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, plus benefits including free or subsidised transport, company pension, 22 days holiday and bank holidays, life insurance, and clear progression routes.
Location
