**Key Responsibilities:**

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement our Skills Strategy, ensuring we deliver an outstanding curriculum offer that meets the needs of the modern workforce.

• Curriculum Development: Lead the design and management of innovative and flexible skills programs, ensuring our offer remains relevant and high-quality.

• Quality Assurance: Act as the Ofsted Nominee for Skills, ensuring the highest standards in curriculum delivery and learner outcomes.

• Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performance team committed to continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

**What You'll Bring:**

• Proven success in managing curriculum teams and developing education strategies.

• Strong understanding of Apprenticeships, Bids, and subcontracting opportunities.

• Experience in curriculum design and quality improvement, aligned to stakeholder needs.

• Ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver innovative solutions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action.

• Inclusive and respectful towards colleagues and students.

• Strong commitment to continuous professional development and safeguarding.
