Business Development Executive

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Recruitment Services Ltd. In this role, you will leverage sales expertise to expand our client base, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote our innovative product offerings.
About the Role- Assist the sales team by generating quotes, scheduling appointments, arranging samples, and fostering both existing and new business.
- Participate in company sales events.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Make monthly retention calls, focusing on accounts with zero spending or significant declines, and update the in-house CRM system accordingly.
- Maintain the CRM by documenting all call activities, with an emphasis on capturing customer data.
- Conduct regular market research related to competitors or products with sales managers, proactively suggesting follow-up promotions.
- Process orders when the administrative department is busy or during staff holidays.
- Oversee and manage customer accounts effectively.
Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
