Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-overs
- Contribute to the delivery of the Engineering department vision and strategic plan
- Maintain production OEE to meet site KPI targets
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvements within the engineering environment
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations for health, safety, and environment
- Collaborate with relevant parties to support capital engineering projects
- Pro-actively work as part of a team to build effective credibility
Requirements
- Prior experience in a FMCG environment preferred, with food or packaging experience desirable
- Hold a minimum of ONC in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical preferred

Salary circa £47,000
